This year Aerotel presents a newly designed expanded booth, representing the company’s rapid growth.

Dusseldorf, Germany, 7 November, 2007 -- Aerotel Medical Systems, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of advanced remote monitoring solutions for telemedicine and telecare, will be presenting its portfolio of telemedicine and telecare remote monitoring solutions, again this year, at the Medica 2007, The world’s largest medical fair, in Dusseldorf, Germany, 14-17 November, 2007.

“This year at Medica Aerotel will for the first time present its newly designed and expanded booth, in line with the company’s rapid growth and expansion to new markets and new product lines,” says David Rubin, Aerotel’s President and CEO. “This is the result of telemedicine playing a greater role in healthcare delivery systems and a growing demand for Aerotel’s telemedicine solutions, which offer significant clinical and economical benefits to healthcare providers.”

The advanced telemedicine and telecare solutions to be presented by Aerotel at Medica 2007 include:

HeartView™ - The market’s smallest professional 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) transtelephonic recorder/transmitter. A user-friendly device, HeartView enables the transmission of comprehensive ECG data from any place and at any time, over the phone through to the Aerotel’s Heartline Receiving Station (HRS) for immediate diagnosis.

HeartView™ P12/8  - user-friendly personal 12 or 8 lead electrocardiogram (ECG) recorder/transmitter. This small, easy-to-operate personal ECG device puts patients in control and provides physicians with a clear, comprehensive ECG graphic recording. Operating the HeartView P-12/8 Plus requires very little effort. The patient simply records a 12 or 8 lead ECG by using a 3-wire patient cable and the four embedded electrodes on the back of the unit. The recorded ECG is then transmitted through the phone or mobile phone to Aerotel’s Heartline Receiving Station (HRS) for immediate diagnosis.

HeartOne™ - An innovative, single lead, easy to use, ultra-compact ECG recorder/transmitter, HeartOne™ is unique in its portability and capability of maximizing patient mobility. It’s so small that it easily fits into a pocket, making it readily available for use at any time and any place. Recorded results can be transmitted to the Heartline Receiving Station (HRS) from any standard telephone.

Cardiac Loop Event Recorders - Aerotel’s user-friendly loop event recorders (1 or 2 lead models) are used for accurate documenting of transient cardiac symptoms, enabling long-term transtelephonic monitoring of cardiac activity.

Call Center Receiving Solutions – Aerotel offers a suite of remote receiving solutions for medical monitoring with powerful software tools, designed for healthcare service providers and monitoring call centers serving multiple home care and mobile care users in remote locations. These advanced monitoring solutions include Aerotel’s web integration tool that enables secure remote access for patients or doctors to data stored in the patient database, from anywhere. State-of-the-art solutions, these software programs can optimize disease management programs by allowing healthcare providers to review and share relevant patient information from anywhere. They also help healthcare providers achieve and maintain long-lasting relationships with their patients and save significant costs.

Medi-CliniQ™ - Aerotel’s multi-patient data communication hub and acquisition center (kiosk) intended for use in public places such as community clinics, assisted living, pharmacies, etc. It is used for the transmission of up to various clinical values to a medical center over the Internet. Values may include electrocardiogram (ECG), blood pressure, pulse oximeter, blood glucose level, weight, etc.

Homecare data communication hubs – Used for connecting multiple medical sensors in the home for chronic care & disease management, transmitting the data to a medical call center via regular phone lines (Tele-Modem™) or over the Internet (Connect-LAN™). These hubs offer the best "total cost of ownership" solution for home monitoring of medical parameters and provide the best means to monitor chronically ill patients.

SKeeper™ - Personal Safety Phone - SKeeper™ is a wearable safety phone for tele-assistance, social alarm and telecare services  . SKeeper™ enables elderly people, children or lone workers to be in close contacts with their relatives or caregivers and get immediate help in case of need via it’s embedded two-way cellular speakerphone.
